I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was peaceful and ideal for families, and the staff was generally friendly, I faced some significant issues with room allocation and noise disturbances. The food was abundant and varied, but the smell from the kitchen was overpowering at times. Overall, there were positives, but the negatives definitely affected my stay.

The Omni Richmond Hotel boasts a fantastic downtown location, making it easy to explore Richmond's attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a notable highlight being the excellent showers. However, noise from nearby elevators was a downside. The staff's friendliness and professionalism added to the experience, even though the noise issue could be bothersome for some.
